She was like: 'there's at least 4 cop cars some kind of car accident happened outside'
I spring out of bed in a stead fast manner, aka slowly and go out to the balacony and they've got the area taped off. There's a red car down there with it's drive side laying all crunched up in sort of a ball to one side, i assume they (firemen) had to use the 'jaws of life' to pry it off to get the person or person out.
(I hate taking pictures of things when cops are around, i don't know why)
This person drove down the sidewalk from the corner (McNay, i believe) not sure if the location above is where the emergency vechicles found it or not.
I managed to find a radio station, that had news at Noon, they reported it happened around 4am, and the driver, a man, died. And yes, the patch of road was closed for 8 hrs. It's open now. I of course, heard not a sound at 4am, but my room's window over looks the cementary, not the plaza.
I think they also said he was 37, but i'm not sure. A A-Channel news van was parked downstairs, and a camera man was recording, so it should be reported on the news tonight as well....
