So um.. the Code Geass Boxsets are defective huh?
Well that's just great.

How does one go about replace defective stuff? DO you sent it back to the place you bought it? (in my case amazon.ca) or contact bandai somehow? *blinks*

Any advice for me?
*looks at f-list*

OH GEASS NO!

I would contact Bandai and tell them there is sth wrong (I'm sure others did that already and they should know they screwed up big time!) but send it back to amazon. I'm not too familiar with amazon, but I think they should replace articles that are defective??

WAH! - Miyokichi

well someone on the CG com posted about reading on animeonDVD about the defectiveness, and I also asked fujiappletan who posted pics of the lovely thing, and she too has issues. The first disc works perfectly; while the 2nd has tons of glitches, and ep 9 won't even play. >.<
And her manga is even defective! 16 pages are the same as the 16 before it.

So now i'm sitting here freaking out about something I haven't even got yet. -_-''''

ah it was gokumew2 who posted about it.

You would generally contact the vendor from which you purchased said defective item so that they can replace it with non defective items which they should be getting from the original vendor, in this case Bandai.

If you got this news from somewhere, it might be a good idea to include the info/link in any messages you send to Amazon, so they can look into it further for you.
