has anyone ordered from them before?
if so how do you "clear it" with them after the total has been changed?
I replied via email saying it was fine, but nothings changed on the site.
It's annoying me.

well they sent me an email:
"Your order is ready to be shipped.
We are informing that the shipping fee of your order above has been revised as follows:
Estimate: 1860 (JAPANESE YEN)
Final: 4700 (JAPANESE YEN)
Please let us know whether the final shipping fee is acceptable or not.
We will ship your order as soon as we receive your acceptance of the final shipping fee.
For your information, this revision has been made because the actual weight is heavier than the estimate.
In case we do not receive your reply within 7 days of this e-mail, this order will be automatically cancelled.
If you have any questions, please contact us by email as follows."
and I replied to it saying that it was fine. But i'm not sure if that was what i was supposed to do.

As long as you reply the way they want you to, things should be fine. It takes a day or two for them to send the shipping confirmation after they've processed the credit card info.

sorry I wish I read this sooner and helped you before you proceed on buying ;____;
that final estimation shipping price is most likely the exact price they'll charge on your credit card.
I buy from HMV a lot so if next time you're gonna buy from them and is wondering how much the shipping will be, you can ask me. I have various shipping cost list from 0.5kg - 1.2kg :)
I order from them all of the time.
If you mean canceling part of the order and the order still shows the old total, don't worry about it. They show the old total, but if you click on the order number, it does show that an item has been canceled and you won't be charge for it when it ships. They just don't update the total if it happens.
