I have 2 co-workers on melatonin for various reasons (crohn's & cancer survivor).
'better' tends to get worse. Or at least that was 2014 from the start to the finish. As long as Tammy doesn't go the way of Pam last year. About this time last year her brother-in-law passed away from Cancer; than her sister in March (also Cancer) and rounded the year with another relative being shot to death in late December.
But maybe better is too faint to see.

here's one for you... Target Canada just announced it's closing all it's stores and pulling out of the country. "better" is lurking too well.

Work will royally suck the ENTIRE year for me. Hoping health issues stay to a minimum this year (so better than last year).
Winter has made no appearance here (yeah, I know quite the opposite for you).
Certain manga series you've hoped for will be out by Yen Press though (post of mine week or more ago).
well... my year started with a new sleep disorder. was only getting about 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. was on melatonin for that for about a week... but I'm better now.
so, I'm better.
give it time, better tends to sneak up on people.
